Here is my first question at this months (20th October) MD meeting; “Can the council provide an update on the request that was to be issued by the council (following a previous motion), to the landowner/s bordering Tankardsgarden, to cut back/remove dangerous branches and branches that were obstructing the view of drivers/cyclists/pedestrians along the route?”

Kildare County Council published notices in September in several local and national newspapers outlining the landowner’s obligations under Section 70 of the Roads Act, 1993.
