My second question at yesterday’s (19th Dec) MD meeting, ‘Can the council circulate the annual governance/financial report provided for each and any of the last four years where the Riverbank Arts Centre has provided reports to the council, as part of its terms of funding to include; clarification of how €64,000 was reported by the Arts Centre as a loan from the council contrary to the council’s own financial statement; and an explanation of how the Arts Centre plans to correct and balance its financial statement?

It is unlikely that a response will be available for the December meeting of the Kildare-Newbridge Municipal District but we will forward the response to the members as soon as it is received.
