An independent consultant was commissioned by KCC in December 2017 to review the operation of the Town Hall. The methodology included a review of existing documentation including financial information, enquiries and bookings and customer survey (7 respondents in August 2017); consultations with KCC, K Leisure, the Board of Management, County Councillors and a sample of five customers who had used the Town Hall and three groups who had enquired but not proceeded.
